Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, und sehr hell.
Mit vermietet wird ein Hochbett sowie ein ausziehbares Sofa. Außerdem können bei Bedarf eine Kleiderstange und ein Regal mit verwendet werden. Wie schon angegeben wohnen wir in einer Altbauwohnung, haben also Holzdielen als Boden und eine Raumhöhe von über drei Metern.
Die Noltestraße zweigt vom Kötenerholzweg ab und liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Limmerstraße. Die Station 'Leinaustraße' ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar, zur 'Nieschlagstraße' dauert es 10. Du bist also schon ohne Rad gut angebunden und erreichst die Innenstadt, die Uni oder im Sommer den Kanal im handumdrehen. Außerdem gibt es eine nahegelegene Parkanlage.
Hier möchte ich nicht zu ausführlich werden, falls du Interesse an dem Zimmer hast, ist es am besten wir lernen uns so schnell wie möglich kennen und du schaust dir das hier alles mal an. Nur so viel zur Grundhaltung: jeder soll nach seiner Fasson selig werden. Alles kann - Nichts muss.
