Es handelt sich um eine drei Zimmer Wohnung,
Zimmer 1. ist 12 m2 groß,
Zimmer 2. ist 14m2 groß
und Zimmer 3. 19 cm2 groß.
In allen Zimmern sind Hochebenen installiert (leider auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen) die für viel zusätzlichen Platz sorgen.
Wunderschöner Dielenboden sorgt für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre
Es gibt eine kleine Küche in der Arbeitsflächen, Schränke, Kühlschrank und Spülbecken und Herd übernommen werden können. für den Herd fällt ein Abschlag von 300 Euro an, da er im Dezember 2021 angeschafft wurde.
Auch das Bad ist klein aber fein.
Die Waschmaschine steht in einer Kammer auf der halben Treppe, so hat man weniger Lärmbelästigung.
Es gibt einen Kellerraum und einen Hinterhof der sehr Diebstahlsicher ist und in dem viel Platz für Fahrräder ist.

The laundry-machine is outside the flat, so it doesn't make so much noise.

there is a cellar and backyard were you can store bikes.
die Lage könnte nicht besser sein: Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe, einen Pizzaladen direkt im Erdgeschoss, die Bahnstation ist 5 Minuten entfernt und die die Bushaltestelle nur 3 Minuten, die Nordstadt, Linden Nord und das Zentrum sind mit dem Rad maximal 15 Minuten entfernt. In Linden Mitte (700 Meter entfernt) findet sich ein schöner Wochenmarkt, Bioladen, Restaurants und Kneipen.
Naherholungsgebiete, wie der Ihmepark, die Kiesteiche und die Ihm sind alle sehr dicht dran.
The position of the flat is great- close to supermarkets, restaurants and train and and bus-stations.
The other parts of the city like Linden Mitte and Linden Nord, Nordstadt and Centrum are close by.
Also Parks and the river are close
Es würde sich um eine Neugründung handeln.
Die Zimmer sind ab dem 15.12.22oder wahlweise 1.1.23 frei.
Generell sind die anderen Mietparteien im Haus super nett, es handelt sich um eine super herzliche Hausgemeinschaft, bestehend aus vielen Studi- und Auszubildenden WG's die immer aushelfen sollte bei einem mal das Backpapier ausgegangen sein oder Päckchen für einen annehmen.
