Ich biete ein Zimmer in meiner 3-Zimmer-WG in Linden-Mitte/Nord zur Zwischenmiete an. Das Zimmer ist möbliert.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 19 qm groß, verfügt über ein Bett (140x200cm), einen Schreibtisch und etwas Platz im Kleiderschrank.
Der Internetzugang über WLAN ist möglich.
Die Wohnung verfügt natürlich auch über ein Badezimmer, sowie eine Küche.
Die nächste Strassenbahnhaltestelle ist bequem zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar.
Ein Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls gleich in der Nähe.
Die Anbindung über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist ideal - der Hauptbahnhof ist mit der Strassenbahn ohne Umsteigen in 10 Min. erreichbar. Das Messegelände ist mit der Strassenbahn in ca. 25 Min. oder mit mit dem Auto in ca. 20 Min. erreichbar. Der Schnellweg ist ca. 200m von der Wohnung entfernt.
Sonst wohnen hier noch ein 27jähriger Mann und eine 30jährige Frau. Beide berufstätig.
