Mit einem schweren Herzen müssen wir uns von unserer Mitbewohnerin verabschieden, was bedeutet, dass ab dem 1.5. ein 15m² großes Zimmer in unserer geräumigen 95m² WG frei wird. Das Zimmer ist frisch gestrichen und wartet darauf, von einem neuen Bewohner gestaltet zu werden.
Unsere WG besteht aus insgesamt 4 Zimmern, einer großzügigen Wohnküche, einem Bad, einem Balkon und einem Kellerabteil. Im Jahr 2021 komplett renoviert, bietet die Wohnung eine brandneue Vollausstattung in der Küche sowie eine Waschmaschine im Bad. Zusätzlich stehen ein Klavier, ein 3D-Drucker und ein Server zur gemeinsamen Nutzung zur Verfügung.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 550€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten wie Internet und GEZ. Die Kaution entspricht drei Monatskaltmieten.

With heavy hearts, we have to bid farewell to our flatmate, which means that from May 1st, a 15m² room in our spacious 95m² shared apartment will become available. The room has been freshly painted and is waiting to be personalized by a new resident.
Our shared apartment comprises a total of 4 rooms, a generous kitchen-living area, a bathroom, a balcony, and a cellar compartment. Completely renovated in 2021, the apartment boasts a brand-new kitchen with full amenities, as well as a washing machine in the bathroom. Additionally, there's a piano, a 3D printer, and a server available for shared use.
The monthly rent is €550, inclusive of all utilities such as internet and broadcasting fees. The deposit amounts to three months' rent.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der List, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Lister Platz und direkt neben der Bahnhaltestelle "Lortzingstraße". Trotz seiner zentralen Lage ist die Umgebung überraschend ruhig und angenehm. Die Innenstadt ist entweder mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar, selbst zu Fuß benötigt man nicht viel länger. Auch die Leibniz Universität ist schnell zu erreichen.
Dank der zentralen Lage und der Nähe zum lebendigen Lister Platz gibt es eine Fülle von Supermärkten, Bäckereien, Restaurants und mehr in der Umgebung. Der Stadtpark Eilenriede ist nur eine Minute entfernt und bietet eine hervorragende Möglichkeit zum Joggen, Radfahren oder einfach nur zum Entspannen in der Natur.
The apartment is located in the List, near Lister Platz and right next to the "Lortzingstraße" tram stop. Despite its central location, the area is surprisingly quiet and pleasant. The city center can be reached in just 5 minutes by tram or bike, and even walking doesn't take much longer. The Leibniz University is also easily accessible.
Thanks to its central location and proximity to the lively Lister Platz, there is an abundance of supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, and more in the vicinity. The Eilenriede city park is just a minute away, offering excellent opportunities for jogging, cycling, or simply relaxing in nature.
Wir, Niklas (21) und Dean (22), sind beide Informatikstudenten und stehen kurz vor dem Abschluss unseres Bachelorstudiums. Nebenbei arbeiten wir als Werkstudenten und jonglieren geschickt zwischen Studium und Arbeit.
In unserer Freizeit sind wir gerne kreativ und spontan - sei es bei verrückten Ideen, aufregenden Partynächten oder gemütlichen Spieleabenden in der WG. Das Zusammenleben bei uns ist äußerst entspannt. Wir unternehmen gelegentlich gemeinsame Aktivitäten, respektieren aber auch die Privatsphäre jedes Einzelnen. Niemand wird schief angesehen, wenn er mal seine Ruhe haben möchte.
We, Niklas (21) and Dean (22) are both computer science students nearing the completion of our bachelor's degrees. Alongside our studies, we work as part-time students and skillfully balance between academic and professional commitments.
In our free time, we enjoy being creative and spontaneous - whether it's coming up with crazy ideas, diving into exciting party nights, or having cozy game evenings in the apartment. Living together with us is extremely relaxed. While we occasionally engage in group activities, we also respect each other's privacy. No one is judged for wanting some peace.
