Hallo zusammen,
bei uns in der WG wird ein 25qm großes Zimmer zum 15.06. bzw. 01.07.2015 frei.
Das Zimmer ist quadratisch geschnitten und verfügt über 2 große Fenster, sodass es schön hell ist. Das Zimmer liegt zur Nebenstraße dadurch ist es auch sehr ruhig.
Im Haus wohnen sowohl andere WGs als auch Familien. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Fahrradkeller und jede Wohnung hat darüber hinaus auch ein Kellerabteil.
In der Miete von insgesamt 276,- € ist bereits alles erhalten.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten fußläufig zum Lister Platz. Von dort fahren drei Straßenbahnen innerhalb weniger Minuten zum Hbf und zum Kröpke. Direkt vor der Tür fährt auch ein Bus.
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umkreis vorhanden (Rewe, Alnatura, Netto, Penny, Lidl, ...). Auf der Lister Meile gibt es darüber hinaus viele weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Jana (25) und Sammy (32). Beide sind berufstätig.
Daher ist es unter Woche entsprechend ruhig in der WG.
Wir sitzen gerne abends alle in der Küche und kochen etwas oder machen am Wochenende etwas zusammen.
