- Es gibt zwei Zimmer 22 und 25 m^2 groß.
- Die Untervermietung ist bis 15.01.23 BEFRISTET.
- Die Zimmer sind komplett leer. Es gibt leider kein Bett!
- Vollausgestattete Küche:

-> Kochtöpfe, Geschirr, Besteck etc. vorhanden.
-> Das Bad ist ebenfalls mit allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet.
Die Lage ist fantastisch! Du wohnst direkt auf der Lister Meile direkt über dem Denn's Markt. Es gibt zahlreiche Boutiquen, gemütliche Cafés und leckere Pizzerias an jeder Ecke. Selbstverständlich auch Drogerie und Supermärkte.
Die nächstgelegene U-Bahn-Station Sedanstraße (U3, U7, U9) ist nur 2 Minuten Fußweg von der Haustür entfernt und nur eine Station zum Hannover Hbf entfernt.
Die WG ist leider bereits aufgelöst. Jedoch läuft der Mietvertrag noch bis Ende Januar. Deshalb stehen die zwei Zimmer als kurzfristige Wohnungsmöglichkeit für wenig Geld zur Verfügung!
Falls du von weiter weg kommst, organisieren wir den ersten Kontakt gerne über Skype, WhatsApp und co. Wir sind eine Nicht-Raucher WG und halten keine Tiere.
