da ich mein Studium beendet habe suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Hannover Mitte. Das Zimmer ist 19m² groß und befindet sich zum Innenhof raus. Flur und Küche sind beide recht groß und an die Küche schließt der Balkon an. Grundsätzlich ist die Wohnung voll ausgestattet.
Gerne kann mein Zimmer auch möbiliert übernommen werden, ist aber kein muss.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Die Uni, der Hauptbahnhof oder die Innenstadt sind gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in direkter Nähe (Aldi, Netto, Kaufland, Rewe). Viele Clubs und Bars sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar (Raschplatz, Steintor, usw.)
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner wären Daniel und Joy. Beide sind immer für ein Gespräch in der Küche zu haben und insgesamt gibt es eine sehr entspannte und zwanglose Stimmung in der WG mit einem sehr angenehmen miteinander.
Für die Ausstattung der Wohnung (Küche, Bad, Flur, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger,…) wird ein anteiliger Abschlag von 380€ fällig.
