Hi,
ich vermiete mein Zimmer in unserer WG ab 01.04., da ich Hannover für ein Praktikum verlasse.
Das Zimmer ist 24m², hat Parkettfußboden und ich hinterlasse es dir voll möbliert. Ich hab hier einen Schreibtisch, eingebautes Hochbett (ca. 6m²), Kleiderschrank (für manche Frauen vielleicht etwas klein :D), Schrank mit Regal, Sofaecke mit Fernsehtisch und falls du möchtest auch Fernseher, Anlage, etc.
Wir haben hier ein entspanntes WG-Leben, unternehmen gerne was untereinander, wenn man was zu tun hat ist aber auch genug Ruhe. Wir haben eine große Wohnküche, wo man gut gesellige Abende verbringen kann. Zur Zeit sind wir alle Studenten - das ist aber sicherlich keine Voraussetzung!
Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Hannover: In 10min Fußweg ist man am Bahnhof oder Kröpcke. Bushaltestelle (Lavesstraße, 121) ist nur ein paar Meter von der Haustür entfernt. Die U-Bahn erreicht man in etwa 5min Fußweg (Marienstraße, 4,5,11 und ich glaube noch irgendeine?!). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch easy zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist es hier ausreichend ruhig und auch abends und am Wochenende kein Trubel oder so.
In den 270€ Miete pro Monat sind alle Kosten enthalten. Zusätzlich nehme ich noch eine Kaution für die Möbel etc.
Einzug und Auszug sind flexibel.
Wahrscheinlich bietet sich die Möglichkeit von September bis Ende des Jahres WG-intern das Zimmer zu wechseln, falls du länger als August in Hannover bleiben möchtest/musst :)

Hi,
I sublet my room in our 5 person shared apartment as I am leaving Hannover for an internship.
It's a pretty spacious room (24m²) with a giant loft bed and completely furnished.
My roommates are extremely nice, 2f+2m, 20-28 years old. We are all students but that's definitely no requirement. We have a large kitchen that is our most favourite social place. The apartment is also quite enough to take some rest if you need it!
We live in the center district of Hannover and everything is very easy to reach by bus, subway or bike. Central Station is in 10min walking distance!
Rent is 270€ per month including all utilities. There will be a deposit. Dates for moving in and out are flexible. In case you're planning to stay in Hannover longer than August, we might be able to provide you another room in our apartment from September until end of the year, as well!
