Da ich nach Hamburg umziehe, muss ich leider meine WG in Dresden verlassen. Ab 1. Juni 2015 ist mein Zimmer in unserer 2er-WG in der zentralen und wunderschönen Königstraße 27 zu vermieten.
Mein Zimmer ist 16 qm2, hell, sehr ruhig (geht zum Innenhof) und unmöbliert.
Viel wichtiger aber als das super Zimmer ist, dass dich eine klasse Mitbewohnerin erwartet. Giulia ist 30 Jahre alt, sie hat ihre Doktorarbeit in Dresden gemacht und kommt aus Italien. Sie wünscht sich eine/n nette/n, gerne etwas ruhigere/n Mitbewohnerin/Mitbewohner, mit dem sie sich auch gerne am Abend einmal zusammen setzten kann, zu quatschen, kochen etc.

Since I’m moving to Hamburg, my room in a 2-room flat is free from 1st June 2015
The room is 16m2 really quiet even if in a central location and not furnished. The strong point is the super roomie that awaits you. Giulia is 30 and comes from Italy, she studied here for her PhD. If you are a nice, quiet roommate (female or male) who enjoys to spend the evening together chatting and cooking come to visit the flat.
