Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß und hat einen Fenster. Der Schnitt des Zimmers ist annähernd quadratisch und das Fenster geht zur Straße raus. Unter dem Fenster befindet sich der Heizkörper. Die Wohnung ist ein Altbau, dementsprechend hat das Zimmer einen Holzfußboden. Schrank, Bett und Schreibtisch passen problemlos ins Zimmer.
Für Studis ist die Lage ideal. Zum Hauptgebäude der Leibniz Uni sind es 3 min zu Fuß. Bis zu den Stadtbahnlinien 6 und 11 sind es 2 min zu Fuß und zu den Linien 4 und 5 braucht man ca. 5 min.
Rewe und Netto sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Der E-Damm ist auch gleich um die Ecke.
Die WG ist eine 3er WG.
Ich (Freia) ziehe aus und suche dementsprechend eine Nachmieterin zu Februar.
Ramin und Christian sind dann deine neuen Mitbewohner. Sie studieren beide in Hannover.
Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG, dementsprechend solltest du auch an einem gemeinsamen WG-Leben interessiert sein.
