Hallo Leute,
Ich untermiete mein Zimmer für 4 Wochen insgesamt. Ich wohnne in der Nordstadt genau an der Christuskirche (Haltestelle). Es ist eine super Lage, viele Banken, Supermärkte Bars, Kneipen direkt in der Ecke.
Ich fliege nach Togo deshalb möchte ich gern mein Zimmer untermieten. Ich mache ein freiwiliges Dienst und muss ich schon viel selber bezahlen.
Es wäre von 12ten Juli bis 12ten August. Ich habe eine Monatskarte 4 Zonen und lasse ich die zu verfügen.
Mein Zimmer ist 22Qm groß und ein Balkon dazu mit Tisch und so..
Ich möchte dafür 180 euros statt 240. Internet, Computer, Monatskarte verfügbar.
Ich freue mich schon auf Anrufen.
