Das Zimmerchen ist ruhig, zum Hinterhof gelegen, Nordosten, erlaubt Pflänzchen, hat einen alten Dielenboden, und ist nicht quadratisch, aber gross genug (ca 2,6 x 5,6m)

die Wohnung hat eine gute verkehrsanbindung (haltestelle kopernikusstrasse, citynähe, uninähe, parknähe. einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu hauf am engelbosteler damm ( denns, netto rewe) fastfood gegenüber (vegan and raw, extrakt , essbar etc.)
Dein umgänglicher Mitbewohner wohnt hier schon sehr lange und vermietet fast genausolange schon das Zimmerchen
( durchschnittliche Mitwohndauer ca. 3 Jahre )....arbeitet bei der Post in Teilzeit - als ehemaliger Langzeitstudent, ist ZEIT- und TAZ-online-Leser, singt im Chor und mit Freundin, ist Pfeifenraucher, lüftet gerne und radelt alles...mag kein techno, elektrobeat oder sonstiges bummbumm - eher Klassik, Folk, Jazz und vieles gutes neueres dazwischen und setzt auf hygienische und spültechnische Mitwirkung.
Die Atmosphäre, um mal ans erfrischende Lüften anzuschliessen, war also nie ganz unpersönlich, sondern eher ein nettes und neugieriges Umgehen miteinander und soll auch wieder so sein ( man kann sich andererseits auch in erforderlicher Ruhe lassen. ) oder - manchmal - kochen, frühstücken, klönen - um sich nicht ganz fremd zu fühlen...
