Hallo liebe Leute!
Da ich zur Endphase meiner Promotion umziehen werde, suchen Azizi (25) und Shafi (25) eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage eines Mietshauses. Dein zukünftiges, unmöbliertes Zimmer ist ab dem 01.10.2021 verfügbar, ca. 16 m2 groß und ist mit einem PVC-Belag im Dielen-Look ausgelegt. Es hat zwei große Fenster, die mit lichtundurchlässigen Vorhängen verdunkelt werden können. Der dunkelbraune Schrank kann kostenlos übernommen werden. Neben den weiteren 2 Zimmern besitzt unsere WG eine Küche mit Eckbank, ein Bad mit WC und ein Gäste- bzw. Trocken-Zimmer.

As I move out for due to my PhD studies, Azizi (25) and Shafi (25) are looking for a new roommate for our shared flat. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Your future, unfurnished room is available from 1 October, is approx. 16 m2 in size and is covered with a PVC flooring in a plank look. It has two large windows that can be darkened with opaque curtains. The dark brown wardrobe can be taken over free of charge. In addition to the other 2 rooms, our flat share has a kitchen with a corner seat, a bathroom with toilet and an extra room used as a guest and drying room.
Die nächste Ubahn-Haltestelle ist "Kopernikusstraße" und in 3 Minuten erreichbar. In ihrer Umgebung gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z. B. einen Rewe, einen Netto und einen DM. Den Nordstadt-Bahnhof erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist recht studentisch und multikulturell und die Innenstadt, die Universität sowie die Herrenhäuser Gärten sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung viele Kneipen, Cafés, Restaurants und Döner-Buden.
The next underground station is "Kopernikusstraße" and can be reached in 3 minutes. There are several shopping opportunities in their area, such as a Rewe, a Netto and a DM. The Nordstadt train station can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The area is quite student and multicultural and the city center, the university and the Herrenhausen Gardens can be reached very quickly. There are also many pubs, cafés, restaurants and kebab shops in the immediate vicinity.
Azizi beginnt sein Masterstudium "Water Resources and Environmental Management" im Oktober. Shafi studiert "Geodäsie und Geoinformatik" im Master und lernt nebenbei Deutsch. Wir wohnen erst seit kurzem in dieser Konstellation und haben bisher zusammen Tischtennis gespielt, Fußball geguckt und eine Paddeltour gemacht. Es wäre schön, wenn sich auch in Zukunft ab und zu gemeinsame Unternehmungen ergeben würden.
Azizi will enroll this October in the "Water Resources and Environmental Management" master program. Shafi is studying "Geodesy and Geoinformatics" for a master's degree and is learning German on the side. We have only recently been living in this constellation, but have so far played table tennis, watched football and paddled together. It would be nice if there were joint ventures from time to time in the future as well.
