Bei der Wohnung handelt es sich um eine 4 Zimmer Wohnung in einem sanierten 50ziger-Jahre-Altbau.
Das 11,5 qm Zimmer ist sehr hell, gelb gestrichen und liegt zum Garten raus. Das 19,5 qm Zimmer liegt zur ruhigen Dieckmannstraße, ist weiß gestrichen, müßte wohl jedoch nochmals nachgestrichen werden.
Beide Zimmer sind mit Teppichboden ausgelegt.
Das Bad ist weiß gefließt. Die Küche hat einen Geschirrspüler. Im Keller ist auch noch ein bisschen Platz.
Die Wohung liegt in der Südstadt, nah an Hannover Mitte. Öffentlich Verkehrsmittel sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt (U-Bahn-Linie: 1, 2, 8 und 4, 5, 6, 11 sowie Bus 121). Die TiHo ist gut zu erreichen.
Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (penny, rewe, denns, Bäcker, Apotheke, Kneipe, Restaurants) sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Ich stelle mir ein unkompliziertes WG-Leben vor. Suche ruhige/-n Untermieter/-in für freundschaftliches Wohnen.
Die Zimmer sind bereits jetzt schon frei.
Du solltest den Kontakt zum Putzzeug nicht scheuen.
