Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm², hat zwei große Fenster und einen Ausgang zum Balkon, auf dem morgens die Sonne scheint. Eigentlich ist es geplant, dass Zimmer unmöbliert zu vermieten, aber falls gewünscht, lässt sich hier sicherlich das ein oder andere organisieren (Bett, Schrank, Spiegel etc.). In der Wg haben wir Trockner, Waschmachine, Spülmaschine etc.
Wir haben sogar zwei Badezimmer, also gibt es nie Streit ums Bad am morgen.
The room is ca. 16 qm², has 2 big windows and a door to the balcony, where the sun shines in the morning. Normally we planed to rent the room without funiture but we could arrange a bed, a wardrobe, a mirror and some other things ;) We have everything we need in the flat- washing maschine, a dryer, dishwascher..
We also have to bathrooms, so there are no fights about the bathroom in the morning ;)
Die Lage ist top. Haltestelle Marienstrasse, eine vom Aegidientorplatz entfernt. Hier fahren die 4,5,6 und 11. Das heißt es fährt eigentlich immer zu jeder Zeit eine Bahn, auch nachts kein Problem, desweiteren haben wir eine Buslinie vor der Haustür, die direkt zum Lindener Marktplatz fährt.
Sonst haben wir Penny und Rewe um die Ecke, nebenan sind 2-3 Fitnessstudios (Mcfit, Miss Sporty, Easyfitness) und eine Tanzschule, die diverse Kurse von Modern, Yoga Ballet bis twerken anbietet :D
The ubication is very good, metro station/bus stop Marienstrasse, one station from Aegidientorplatz. Here are running the lines 4, 5, 6 and 11. So it doesn't matter what time, you never have to wait a long time for a metro. We also have a bus who is running to Lindener Marktplatz.
Around we have Penny, rewe, different gyms (Myfit, Miss Sporty, Easyfitness) and a dancing school with a lot of clases, from ballet, modern to twerk :)
Hier wohnen derzeit Jens, Gabriel und ich, wobei Jens nun zum 1.12 auszieht. Gabriel ist Berufsmusiker (übt allerdings nicht daheim) und ich arbeite an der MHH in der Psychiatrie als Psychologin. In der Freizeit sind wir beide eigentlich viel unterwegs.
Tanzen (Salsa, Bachata), Sport machen (Crossfit), Kino etc.
Wir suchen jemanden kommunikatives freundliches in unserer WG, mit dem man mal zusammen kochen, lachen und feiern kann. Auf dem Balkon trinken wir gerne Kaffee oder ein Weinchen zusammen, hören Musik und genießen die Sonne.
We look for someone friendly and communicativ, who like to cook and talk somethimes. We like to trink coffe or wine at the balcony and enjoy the sun.
Eigentlich ist das Zimmer unmöbliert, aber Möbel könnten wir bei Bedarf besorgen.
The room is without funiture but if you need something, we will try to get a few things.
