Hi,
wir, Rui (30) und Christian (27), suchen einen dritten Mitbewohner. Einzug wäre ab sofort möglich.
Die Wohnung liegt in Vahrenwald. Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Dragonerstraße" ist innerhalb von
2 Minuten zu erreichen und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super (LIDL, REWE, Penny, Marktkauf und Netto sind in der Nähe). Wir haben einen großen Kühlschrank in der Küche und auch eine Waschmaschine. Der Großteil der Wohnung (und auch das Zimmer) sind mit Dielenboden ausgestattet. Außerdem haben wir noch einen Abstellraum im Keller (z.B. für Fahrräder).
In der Miete in Höhe von 235€ sind die Kaltmiete, die Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet/Telefon enthalten. Mit den 235€ sind also alle Kosten abgedeckt. :) Die Kaution beträgt 270€.
Der neue Mitbewohner sollte offen und nett sein.
