Freundschaftliches Wohnen / Living as friends

Hallo liebe WGler*innen!

Ich bin Joshua, 33, wohne zurzeit in Bremen in einer Haus-WG und suche eine WG für nächstes Frühjahr (ca. 01.03.23). Das Zimmer sollte mindestens 16qm groß sein. Fände es cool, mit Menschen zu wohnen, die etwas Lebens- und WG-Erfahrung mitbringen. Gemeinschaftlich wohnen möchte ich aus Überzeugung, nicht wegen des Geldes.

In Bremen bin ich seit fast 7 Jahren und arbeite remote mit einer halben Stelle als Web-Developer bei einem Hamburger Startup, die sich im Gesundheitssektor engagieren. Nebenher bilde ich mich in Meditation fort.

Ich bin:
unkompliziert, offen, tolerant, herzlich, positiv, energetisch, neugierig, humorvoll, hilfsbereit, zuverlässig, meistens optimistisch, entscheidungsfreudig, aktiv, politsch links / grün, flexigan, lege Wert auf ethisch gutes Leben und Handeln. Biorhythmus: ruhige Eule.

Freund*innen schätzen es, dass sie mit mir über alles reden können und in mir einen guten Gesprächspartner finden, der offen und tolerant ist. Ich spreche auch alles offen, ehrlich und direkt an, ohne zu verletzen und schätze es, wenn du es ebenfalls tust. Außerdem sollten wir rücksichtsvoll sein und Absprachen einhalten. Ich bin gesellig, manchmal ziehe ich mich aber auch gerne zurück. Fürs Putzen habe ich gerne einen Putzplan. Ich freue mich über Tiere in der Wohnung, würde mich aber nicht drauf commiten regelmäßig für sie zu sorgen. Ich koche / esse gerne zusammen.

Ich begeistere mich für Zen-Meditation, Sportkurse, Fitnessstudio, Filme, Freunde treffen, Lesen, Natur, Spazieren, Tischtennis, Kleinkunst, Neue Aktivitäten, (Impro-)Theater, Reisen, Tanzen, Spiele aller Art.

I am Joshua, 33, currently living in a shared house in Bremen and looking for a new shared flat/house for next spring (round about 01.03.23). The room should have at least a size of 16qm. Friends value, that they can talk to me about everything and I am an interesting conversation partner, who is open and tolerant. I also communicate openly, honestly, directly without hurting and would like you to do the same. We should be considerate and respect agreements. I am sociable, but also like to retreat sometimes. I like to have a cleaning roster. I like animals, but would not commit to care for them. I enjoy cooking / eating together.
