hallo an alle,
Ich biete ein gemütliches Zimmer mit Fenster und Hochbett das zum schlafen und auch zum verstauen genutzt werden kann. Die Lage ist urban, mitten auf der Limmerstraße. Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus und ist damit schön leise. Im Zimmer ist bereits ein Sofa das man ausziehen kann und darauf könnten dann 2 Personen schlafen. Es gibt einen Schreibtisch ,einen Schrank und einen Bürostuhl plus andere Verstaumöglichkeiten.
Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Mitten im Zentrum des Szeneviertels Linden. Supermarkt,öffis und Restaurants für den kleinen und großen Geldbeutel sind innerhalb von Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Also ich selbst bin freier Künstler und mag ein ruhiges und entspanntes wg-klima...keine Spießer oder Gangster haha
Ich würde mich selbst als recht unkompliziert beschreiben....Die Partyzeiten sind auf jedenfall vorbei....es ist mir wichtig das wir einen Respektvollen aber humorvollen Umgang miteinander haben.
Bin den ganzen Tag über Handy erreichbar...bis 22 Uhr Abends und ab 11 morgens...
