Hallo liebe Leute!
Da ich umziehen werde, suchen Luca (22) und Mathias (21) einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin für unsere WG. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 3. Etage eines Mietshauses. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist ab 15.01.2023 verfügbar, ca. 13 m2 groß. Es hat ein Dachfenster, die mit Rollos verdunkelt werden können. Neben den weiteren 2 Zimmern besitzt unsere WG eine Küche mit Eckbank, ein Bad mit WC und ein Gästezimmer.

Since I'm moving, Luca (22) and Mathias (21) are looking for a new roommate for our flat share. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Your future room is available from 15th Jan, 2023, is approx. 13 m2 in size and has a carpet floor covering. It has one skylights that can be darkened with blinds. In addition to the other 2 rooms, our shared apartment has a kitchen with a corner seat, a bathroom with toilet and a guest room.
Die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle ist "Kopernikusstraße" und in 2 Minuten erreichbar. In ihrer Umgebung gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie z. B. einen Rewe, einen Netto und einen DM. Den Nordstadt-Bahnhof erreicht man mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten. Die Umgebung ist recht studentisch und multikulturell und die Innenstadt, die Universität sowie die Herrenhäuser Gärten sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung viele Kneipen, Cafés, Restaurants und Döner-Buden.
The next underground station is "Kopernikusstraße" and can be reached in 2 minutes. There are several shopping opportunities in their area, such as a Rewe, a Netto and a DM. The Nordstadt train station can be reached by bike in 5 minutes. The area is quitestudent and multicultural and the city center, the university and the Herrenhausen Gardens can be reached very quickly. There are also many pubs, cafés, restaurants and kebab shops in the immediate vicinity.
Luca startet ins 3. Semester des Studiengangs „Wirtschaftsingenieur“. Mathias studiert auch „Wirtschaftsingenieur“ im 1. Semester. Beide gehen gerne in den Park, zu laufen oder Tischtennis spielen. Auch sitzen sie gerne gemeinsam zusammen in der großen Küche und gucken Fußball oder unterhalten sich. Insgesamt sind Mathias und Luca kontaktfreudige, humorvolle und gleichzeitig entspannte Menschen. Es wäre schön, wenn sich auch in Zukunft ab und zu gemeinsame Unternehmungen ergeben würden.
Luca is started his 3rd semester of the "Industrial Engineering" course. Mathias is studying "Industrial Engineering" in the first semester. Both like to go to the park, for running or playing table tennis, or chat about studies and sometimes having a doner and a beer together. They also like to sit together in the big kitchen and watch football or have a nice evening talk. Overall Mathias and Luca are outgoing, humorous and at the same time relaxed person. It woud be nice if there were joint ventures from time to time in the future as well.
