Unsere WG befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Das ca. 24 m² große Süd-Zimmer liegt zur Plöck und ist mit den typischen hohen Altbaudecken ausgestattet.
Unsere Wohnung hat ansonsten natürlich Bad, eine kleine aber beliebte Küche sowie ein Wohnzimmer.
Da unser Mitbewohner in seine schwedische Heimat zurückkehrt, wird ein Teil der Möbel (Regale, Schrank, Tisch) im Zimmer bleiben. Die Ablöse dafür beträgt 200€.

The flat-share is located on the second floor. The south side room is about 24 m² in size and is looking out on the Plöck street. It features high ceilings.
The flat includes a bathroom, a small but frequently used kitchen and a living room.
Since our flatmate is moving back to Sweden, some of the furniture (shelves, wardrobe, desk) will stay with the room. The price for the furniture is 200€.

The flat is conveniently located in the Altstadt, not far from the universitiy's library and the theater.
Deine potenziellen neuen Mitbewohner sind wir, Nadine und Fabian. Wir wohnen jetzt schon seit 1,5 Jahren zusammen und haben es bisher ganz gut miteinander ausgehalten.
Wir sind definitiv keine Party-WG, sondern eher für ruhigere gemeinsame Abende, vorzugsweise mit gutem Essen und/oder Wein sowie Musik zu haben, andere Aktivitäten oder mal ne größere Runde mit Freunden sind aber nicht ausgeschlossen.
Nadine ist angehende Maskenbildnerin und in der WG (wenn sie nicht gerade bei irgendeinem Konzert ist) selten ohne Musik anzutreffen.
Ich (Fabian) studiere Jura und wenn ich nicht gerade (z.B. mit Backen) prokrastiniere, bereite ich mich auf das 1. Staatsexamen vor.

Your potential new roommates would be us, Nadine and Fabian. We've been living together for 1,5 years now and we've gotten along quite well so far.
We are definitely not a party-WG and have mostly quieter evenings, preferably with good food and/or wine and music, but other activities or a larger get-together with friends are possible as well.
Nadine is an aspiring make-up artist for theater/movie and (when she's not at a concert) you rarely meet her in the flat without music.
I (Fabian) am studying law and when I'm not procrastinating (e.g. with baking), I prepare for the 1st state exam.

Die Kosten neben der Miete und der Nebenkosten sind eine Schätzung, die sich aus Rundfunkbeitrag, Internet und Strom zusammensetzt.
Von unseren Vermietern wissen wir, dass eine Sanierung geplant ist, für die wir leider ausziehen müssen. Die Sanierung verzögert sich seit mittlerweile 2 Jahren und wir haben noch keinen Termin genannt bekommen - dafür aber eine 6-monatige Kündigungsfrist, also wissen wir rechtzeitig Bescheid.

The monthly cost consists of the warm rent plus an estimated amount for the public broadcasting fee, internet and electricity.
The flat is going to be remodelled at some point in the future, which would mean that we will have to move out. The remodelling has been postponed for two years now and we don't have a new date yet. But the lease will be terminated 6 month in advance, so we will have time to adjust.
