Hi! Wir sind in eine WG in einer hübsche Altbauwohnung im Molkenkurweg am Fuße der Himmelsleiter und suchen zur Vervollständigung unserer Gemeinschaft noch eine:n Mitbewohner:in. Das Haus diente im Sommer 1887 als Residenz für Kaiserin Sissi von Österreich und hat einen entsprechenden Charme (Stuck, Fischgrätenparkett, Schwingtüren und hohe Decken). Die Wohnung ist in einem guten, renovierten Zustand. Das Zimmer ist ca. 27 m2 groß und hell. Die Warmmiete beträgt 535 € + 43,84 € für Internet, Strom und GEZ. Die Vermieter möchten das Zimmer vorerst für ca. 1 1/2 Jahre vermieten, was aber sicherlich verhandelbar ist.
