Room in charming Altstadt flat (women only)

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt, nur 5 Fahrradminuten vom berühmten Heidelberger Schloss entfernt, ist aber trotzdem schön ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Bushaltestellen (3 min. zu Fuss, alle 5 Minuten ein Bus), Restaurants, Cafes und Geschäfte. Ein Ausgang geht zur Plöck, der andere zur Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage.

Die Schlafzimmer gehen in den begrünten Innenhof, wo es sehr ruhig ist. Die Küche geht in Richtung Friedrich-Ebert Anlage. Man hat eine sehr grüne Aussicht auf hohe Bäume und in den Wald. Die doppelt verglasten Fenster schlucken die Strassengeräusche.

The charming flat is located in the middle of the old city of Heidelberg but it is still quiet. In only 5 minutes you reach Heidelbergs greatest attraction, the castle, by bike. Several bus stops and the tram station Bismarkplatz are in walking distance (3 to 10 min. with a conncetion every 5 minutes) as well as many restaurants, Cafes and Shops.

Your room is facing the green backyard which is very quiet. The kitchen faces Friedrich-Ebert-Anlage. From there you have a nice view into the trees in front of the house and into the near forest.

Da es sich um eine WG-Gründung handelt, können wir das WG-Leben gemeinsam gestalten. Ich freue mich immer über eine Plausch in der Küche, wenn es passt gemeinsam essen oder kochen. Wenn wir ähnliche Interesse haben, können wir gerne auch etwas zusammen unternehmen.

Sauberkeit, Ordnung und gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sind mir zum Wohlfühlen wichtig. Die Wohnung möchte ich gerne geschmackvoll und hochwertig einrichten. Darum erwarte ich auch einen achtsamen Umgang mit der Einrichtung. Zu Hause bin ich meistens am Entspannen, mache öfters Yoga und Meditation. Im nahen Wald gehe ich gerne joggen und wandern. Ich bin offen für andere Nationalitäten, Kulturen und für queere Menschen. Am Wochenende gehe ich gerne aus. Ich bin eine ruhige, offene Person, die auch auf andere Rücksicht nimmt. Das gleiche würde ich von meiner Mitbewohnerin erwarten. Ich ernähre mich gesund, kaufe vorwiegend Bio-Lebensmittel ein und versuche auch sonst möglichst nachhaltig und ressourcenschonend zu leben .

Ich bin Diplom Kauffrau, Filmemacherin, Videojournalistin und Rettungsschwimmerin. Meine Ernährung ist vorwiegend, aber nicht ganz streng, vegan und ökologisch. In meiner Freizeit treibe ich viel Sport, am liebsten draussen (Joggen, Radfahren, Schwimmen, Inlinern). Zudem schaue ich gerne gut ausgesucht Arthouse Filme.

As this is a new flat share we can decide together how we live here. The appartment is fresh renovated. So I am looking for a woman who would like to stay long term. I like chats in the kitchen and also eating and cooking together. If we have some common interested I would be happy to do some things together.

I try to keep the house clean and tidy and respect the needs of my flatmate. This is important for me to feel relaxed. I would like to firhish the appartment in a tasteful and creative way. So I expect a careful handling of the furniture and items in the flat. Usually I rest a home, do some yoga and meditation. Or I go walking or jogging in the near forest. I am open for other nationalities, cultures and for queer people. At the weekend I go out. But I am a rather quiet person who also considers other peoples needs. I would wish the same from my flat mate. My nutrition is healthy and ecologically. I try to have a sustainable lifestyle, separate trash as it is tradition in Germany and use electricity and water in a mindful way.

I hold a University degree in business administration. I have worked in many different jobs, for example as marketing manager, filmmaker, journalist and life guard. Also in my private life I am interested in many things. I mostly eat vegetarian and vegan and try to live ecofriendly. I love outdoor sports and enjoy watching hand-picked arthouse movies.
