Es ist eine WG Neugründung und es sind noch zwei Zimmer frei, das oben genannte und ein größeres mit etwa 20qm, 550€ Kalt.
Hinzu kommt eine recht geräumige Küche in der man schön zusammen sitzen kann sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne. Es gibt noch eine „Wäschekammer“ und eine Speisekammer, das ist ganz angenehm da man dann weniger im Wohnraum unterbringen kann!
Das Klo is separat vom Bad.
An Ausstattung wie Waschmaschine etc. ist alles da.
Die Wohnung is im dritten OG, dadurch hell und ruhig und liegt nur 1min vom Penny, 4min vom Bismarckplatz und 2min vom Wald entfernt. Also gudde Lage!
Zurzeit wohne ich, Carlotta, hier alleine aber am 1. Juni zieht schon die erste neue Mitbewohnerin sicher eiiin!! Ich freue mich von weiteren Leuten zu hören die Lust auf ein achtsames und gemeinsam schönes Zusammenleben haben.
Sowieee Saubärkeit zu schätzen wissen, kreativ sind und auch gern mal was spontan unternehmen.
