Ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab Ende August für maximal 4 Probemonate. Sowohl die WG als auch du, könnt dann schauen, ob ihr euch wohlfühlt und es euch gemeinsam auf die Dauer vorstellen könnt, dann kannst du in den Mietvertrag (wenn für die Vermieterin alles passt). Bis dahin bleibt das Zimmer ggf. möbliert und wir können für gewünschte Möbel einen Abschlag verhandeln oder ich nehme spätestens dann am Ende des Jahres alles mit, je nach Absprache. Das Zimmer ist 27 qm groß und möbliert, ist sehr ruhig und man hat über zwei große Fensterfronten einen wunderschönen Ausblick über die märchenhafte Altstadt. Bitte keine Anfragen von Paaren. Bedingung für die Vermietung ist eine Privathaftpflichtversicherung, die man ggf. für 6€/Monat günstig irgendwo abschließen kann.

I'm renting out my room starting from the end of August for a trial period of up to 4 months. Both the current roommates and you can assess if you all feel comfortable and can envision to live together long-term. If everything works out, you may sign onto the lease in my place (contingent on approval of the landlady). Until then, the room may remain furnished, and we can negotiate pricing for any furniture items you might like to keep or I'll take everything out by the end of 2024. The room is 27 sqm and furnished, very quiet and offers two large window fronts with a view over the old city. No couples please. The condition for renting is a personal liability insurance, which is a couple bucks per month at the insurance of your choice if you don't have one already.

In unmittelbarer Nähe finden Sie alle Arten von Restaurants, Cafés, medizinische Einrichtungen, Bäckereien und Bibliotheken. Geschäfte sowie Parks und Erholungsgebiete oder das Stadtzentrum für weitere Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

The apartment is located in a central but quiet area of Heidelberg's old city (Altstadt). Several bus stops are right around the corner. You will find all sorts of restaurants, cafes, medical facilities, bakeries, and libraries in immediate proximity. Shops as well as parks and recreational spaces or the city center for more entertainment options are within walking distance.

Wir sind eine herzliche & offene Berufstätigen-WG - keine Zweck-WG. Das WG-Leben ist sehr herzlich und sehr unkompliziert. Abends sitzen wir häufig in unterschiedlichen Konstellationen zusammen und besprechen den Tag & sonstige Dinge des Lebens, mal bei gemeinsamen Essen mal vorm Holzofen. Wir haben einen Putzplan und sowohl getrennte als auch geteilte Fächer im Kühlschrank.

We are a warm & open shared apartment of professionals. The life is very warm and very uncomplicated. In the evenings we often sit together in different constellations and discuss the day & other things in life, sometimes over a shared meal sometimes in front of the wood stove. We have a cleaning schedule and both separate and shared compartments in the refrigerator.

Auf jeden Fall ist dies keine Zweck-WG, in der man einfach aneinander vorbei lebt. Gemeinschaftssinn, Rücksichtnahme, Kostenbeteiligung und eine offene, direkte und ehrliche Kommunikation sind uns wichtig.

In any case the flat share is not one in which we simply live past each other. A sense of community, considerateness, sharing of some costs and - most importantly - open, direct, and honest communication are key. There is a chore system, and we hold regular meetings to discuss our needs, boundaries and anything that comes up in a shared housing context.
