Hello everyone!
I'm moving out from my lovely Wg in the 1st of June. Therefore, I would like to find a new tenant for my room.
Our apartment is perfectly located and very bright. We have a large south-facing balcony ;) where we have spent many sunny days and beautiful evenings. The bathroom is large and has a bathtub! The apartment also has a large, long hallway AND an extra laundry room where there is plenty of space for laundry and the washing machine!!!
The room has two windows facing the city, which are sealed really well, so I never have any problems with street noise. I would like to leave some furnitures in the room, so it’ll be great if you would be willing to take over the furnitures for a fare price.
The location of our apartment is really fantastic!
In less than 5 minutes you can reach the next bus/tram stop (depot/Czernybrücke) and in about the same time you can reach the next shop.
By bike you can be in the old town or in Neuenheimer Feld in less than 10 minutes.
The house we live in also has a ping pong table and benches with some lawn and trees in the backyard.
We are an international shared apartment, so we mainly speak English in the shared apartment.
So far we have often cooked together or for each other. We respect all types of diets, be it vegetarian, vegan, etc. We have a refrigerator for shared foods and one for personal foods ;) We have created a loose cleaning schedule that we can discuss and adjust with you.
Tolarance and consideration is very important to all of us! Queer friendly space :)

Everything is included in the rent including GEZ, internet, electricity, etc.
It is important that you have already had experience of living in a shared apartment.
