Hallo!
Ich bin Justus und vermiete mein WG-Zimmer für einen Monat vom 25.08 bis zum 03.10. unter.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell. Die Fensterfront und der Balkon sind beide auf der Südseite, was im August super bei gutem Wetter ist! Der Balkon ist überdacht, daher kann man aber auch bei Regen draußen sitzen. Ich werde den Kleiderschrank freiräumen, was dir dann hoffentlich genug an Platz bieten wird. Ansonsten kann man ja noch über andere Möglichkeiten sprechen. Außerdem lasse ich den Computerbildschirm im Zimmer, den kannst du dann ebenfalls benutzen.
Wenn du gut mit Pflanzen kannst, lasse ich dir auch ein paar im Zimmer, ansonsten werden sich meine Mitbewohner darum kümmern.

I'm Justus and I want to rent out my room from the 25th of August to the 3rd of October.
The room is really sunny. The windows and the balcony are both to the southside. The balcony is really nice for relaxing on a sunny day or during rain. And since it has a roof, you won't even get wet.
I will clear out the wardrobe for you to use and leave the computer screen in the room. If that is not enough space I'm sure we will find a solution.
If you want I'll leave some plants in the room for you to take care of. Otherwise my roommates will take care of them.

Zu Fuß läuft man 7 Minuten zur Haltestelle Dossenheim Bahnhof, mit dem Fahrrad sind es 3 Minuten.
Mit der Bahn Nummer 5 ist man in 13 Minuten am Bismarckplatz und in 20 Minuten am HBF.
In Dossenheim gibt es einen Kaufland (4 Min mit dem Fahrrad) und einen Edeka (5 Min zu Fuß), Apotheken, Friseur und Ärzte, eigentlich alles was man so braucht und wenn nicht, dann ist man in 15 Min in der Altstadt von Heidelberg.
Fahrradstellplätze und ein Autostellplatz gibt es bei uns auch.
In kürzester Zeit ist man im Wald, auf den Weinbergen oder in den Feldern. Dossenheim hat auch ein sehr günstiges Hallenbad.
You walk 7 minutes to the tram station Dossenheim Bahnhof by foot, with a bike it will be 3 minutes.
The tram 5 will take 13 minutes to Bismarckplatz and 20 minutes to the Central Station.
In Dossenheim are several supermarkets. Kaufland (4 min by bike) Edeka (5 min by foot).
There are also pharmacies, doctors and hairdressers, everything one might need.
We have a car slot available and enough bike slots.
It is a short walk to the forest, the vineyards or the
fields. Additionally Dossenheim has a really affordable swimming hall.

Du wirst hier zu dritt mit Carlo und Nele wohnen. Carlo (23) studiert Physik und Nele (21) Biowissenschaften. Wir gehen öfter zusammen ins Theater, kochen gerne gemeinsam oder verbringen einfach Zeit auf Balkon.
Ansonsten wohnen noch 6 weitere Menschen im Haus, mit denen wir gut befreundet sind. Wenn du also in diesem Monat auch mit anderen Leuten etwas unternehmen willst, wirst du dafür die Möglichkeit haben. Das Haus und die WG haben eine gemeinsame WhatsApp Gruppe.
You will live here with Carlo (23) and Nele (21). Carlo studies physics and Nele biology. Usually we go to the theater together, cook and eat or just spend time on the balcony. Additionally there are 6 more people in the house we are good friends with. If you want to do something in Heidelberg with others you will for sure have the opportunity with them.
The house has a WhatsApp group for such things.
