Hello, as I'm moving out soon, I'm looking for a new faltmate in our shared flat for 3 people.
The room has a large window and a direct view of the garden. It is fully furnished (bed, desk, closet). The shared flat has everything you need. The kitchen was just renovated a few years ago and is very well equipped. There is a dishwasher and washing machine. Bicycles can be easily parked in the garden or in the cellar - if you ask the landlord you can also use the garden. The apartment also has a south-facing balcony, which is great during summer!

It's not perfect but by bike you're in the old town in about 20-25 Minutes. There is a bus stop five minutes from the apartment (the bus takes about 30 minutes into the city). There is also a Netto supermarket with a bakery and a small marketplace just around the corner, and the large Kaufland supermarket in Pfaffengrund is'nt far either. The apartment is located right at a field, which is really great for jogging or walking.

You will be living with Andreas and Arthur. Andreas has lived here since 2020 and is studying biosciences. He is currently working on his bachelor's thesis. Arthur is from France and has only recently moved here. He is doing an Erasmus internship in Heidelberg until this fall and previously studied computer science.
