Das freie Zimmer ist 16m² groß, hat Laminatfußboden, ein großes Fenster und hohe Decken (2,85m) :)

We are looking for a roomate in our cool and chilled 5 person WG in HD-Pfaffengrund.
The room is 16m², has a laminated floor, a large window and a high ceiling :)
Im Pfaffengrund gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - direkt in unserer Straße gibt es zwei Bäcker, zwei Apotheken, zwei Banken, einen Metzger und einen Hausarzt. Netto ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, Kaufland befindet sich bei der ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernten Straßenbahnhaltestelle, von der aus man in 13 Minuten am Bismarckplatz ist (Linie 22). Vor unserer Haustür fährt auch ein Bus (Linie 34) in Richtung Bahnhof HD-Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen ab.

In Pfaffengrund there are a bunch of shopping options, there are two bakeries, two pharmacies, two banks, one butchery and a doctor right on our street. Netto is 5 minutes from the house and Kaufland next to the tram stop which is 10 minutes by foot. From there it normally takes 13 minutes with the tram 22 to Bismarkplatz. Next to the house there is also the possibility to take the bus 34 that also passes through the train station HD-Pfaffengrund/Wieblingen.
In der WG leben drei Frauen und ein Mann zwischen 21 und 26 (neue Master-Absolventen, eine Bachelor studentin und eine Ingenieurin). Wir kommen aus mehreren verschiedenen Kontinenten, sind offen und unkompliziert und suchen eine ebenfalls offene Person. In der WG wird meistens Englisch gesprochen, die meisten von uns sprechen aber auch Deutsch.
Wir sind alle schon berufstätig - also keine Party-WG, aber trotzdem sehr gesellig. Zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Quatschen, Bier/Wein trinken oder für ausufernde Spieleabende ist in unserer WG eigentlich immer jemand zu finden, und wer doch mal seine Ruhe haben möchte, macht einfach die Zimmertür zu.

Currently the WG consists of 3 ladies and 1 guy between 21 and 26- Two recent master students, a Bachelor thesis student and an Engineer. We come from different continents, are very open and uncomplicated and are looking for a person with a similar mindset. We mostly speak English in the WG, however most of us understand German as well.
Generally we are graduates and are working therefore its not much a party WG. However we are quite sociable. We cook together, meet in the kitchen to have a beer/wine once in a while and sometimes have game nights, chilled catch up seshs etc. There is always one person you can find to interact with but at the same time if you need your peace/space that is fine as well.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über zwei Bäder, ein separates Gäste-WC, einen riesigen Flur und eine große Wohnküche, die als Gemeinschaftsraum dient. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.
In der Warmmiete von 365 € ist bereits Kabelfernsehen, Internet, GEZ und Strom enthalten.

The WG is very spacious and has 2 bathrooms and a separate guest toilet, a huge corridor and a big communal kitchen, that serves as our living room. There is also a washing machine available.
The rent is 365 € including Internet, electricity and GEZ.
So when you are interested in the WG, write to us about yourself and we shall invite you for a viewing!
The room will be given furnished.
