We live together in a house with a garden. The room is on the ground floor and has a French door to the inner courtyard. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as the kitchen and the living room. The four other residents of the house live on the upper floors. The room is partly furnished.
Hallo! Bitte lest unsere Beschreibung, bevor ihr uns schreibt. Erzählt uns gerne von euch selbst, z.B. welche Interessen oder Aktivitäten ihr verfolgt und wie lange ihr plant zu bleiben, etc.
Wir bewohnen als WG zusammen ein ganzes Haus. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat eine Fenstertür zum Innenhof. Auf der gleichen Etage befinden sich ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC sowie die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Die vier weiteren Bewohner*innen des Hauses leben verteilt auf den oberen Stockwerken.
Das Zimmer ist teilweise möbliert.
We live outside from Heidelberg in the upper north of Leimen. With the tram 23 it takes 22 minutes to Bismarckplatz, Heidelberg. With the bike you can drive through the wineyards into the center of Heidelberg. The old city of Leimen is only a minute away.
Wir wohnen im Norden Leimens, direkt an der Rohrbacher Straße. Das Stadtgebiet Heidelbergs beginnt unweit im Norden. Mit der Straßenbahnlinie 23 dauert es 22 Minuten bis zum Bismarckplatz in Heidelberg. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man genau so schnell durch die Weinberge ins Heidelberger Zentrum. Die Altstadt Leimens sowie eine große Auswahl Supermärkten ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
We are students and working people. A communal living is important to us and we spend many evenings together. Our wish is that roommates are in the mood to co-create and participate in the common life and living. Still everyone should have their own space and be able to withdraw. We are also politically active. We share a large part of our food (vegetarian/vegan) and try to live sustainable. We also have five chickens in the garden that we take care of together.
Wir sind ein bunt zusammengewürfelter Haufen aus Studierenden und Berufstätigen und bewohnen ein Haus mit viel Platz zum Austoben. Ein gemeinschaftliches Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig und wir verbringen oft gemeinsame Abende/Wochenenden ohne dabei einem Zwang zu folgen. Wir wünschen uns Mitbewohner*innen, die Lust haben, das gemeinsame Leben und Wohnen mitzugestalten und daran teilzuhaben. Außerdem sind wir politisch aktiv und begrüßen es, wenn du dem nicht abgeneigt bist. Dabei soll aber auch jede*r seinen eigenen Raum haben und sich zurückziehen können. Wir teilen einen Großteil unsere Lebensmittel (vegetarisch/vegan) und versuchen uns möglichst nachhaltig zu versorgen. Wir haben außerdem fünf Hühner im Garten, um die wir uns gemeinsam kümmern.

One of our house mates is moving out around March 15th and the room is available until May 31st, however, these dates are not set in stone, if you need a room earlier or a bit later we can talk about it.
Unser Mitbewohner zieht um den 15. März aus und das Zimmer ist bis 31. Mai verfügbar. Dieses Datum ist aber nicht in Stein gemeißelt, falls der Raum früher oder bisschen später benötigt wird, können wir da auf jeden Fall drüber reden.
