Hello :)
I am Manasi and I will be going to India during which I would like to find someone that can take over my room. The flat is located on ground floor. Living in this flat is quite relaxed and there is a very friendly environment, so It would be amazing if the person moving in would also be open to not only "have a room" but also living the shared flat experience. From my experience ,I've really enjoyed sharing this flat with my other roomates and I have spent with them very nice cooking evenings and interesting conversations over some drinks.
About the flat: the room is big and bright with a big storage unit and a new bed. There is also a desk (new, not in the pictures). We have pretty big common areas with a great sofa perfect for spending time reading or chating. The living room is also big enough for doing yoga if that´s something you like. Our kitchen has all the basics for cooking and it's fully equiped. There are two bathrooms in the flat.
If you are interested please answer us with a short description about your self and I will be happy that we meet online for getting to know us or answering any questions you might have :)
The apartment is centrally located with bus stop next to the building and tram stop is 4 minutes by walk. The tram lines 23 and 24 run continuously.
There are supermarkets netto (400 m), Kaufland, Lidl and REWE nearby.
The room is available currently from November 20 to December 30 with a possibility of extending it further.
