Großes, helles Zimmer, in ruhiger Lage, mit eigenem Balkon, den du dir mit Tessy teilst. Da ich nach Japan ziehe, kann ich meine Möbel nicht mitnehmen, daher gibt es eine Ablösevereinbarung von 550€, die sich wie folgt aufschlüsseln lässt:

Dein Zimmer liegt Richtung Innenhof ist daher sehr ruhig. Der 29-Bus liegt um die Ecke (3 min) und die S-Bahn Haltestelle Weststadt/Südstadt ist nur 8 min zu Fuß entfernt. Tegut ist 9 min entfernt und etwas weiter weg gibt es einen Aldi, DM und Rewe.
Tessy (Peru) und Liezel (Philippin) sind deine neuen Mitbewohner. Beide sprechen Englisch und Deutsch. Jeder lebt seinen Alltag, beide arbeiten und wenn man mal Zeit hat trifft man sich in der Küche auf einen Tee oder kocht auch mal was zusammen. Am besten lernst du die beiden in einem Gespräch kennen und schaust, ob es passt :)
