Da ich Ende Oktober für ein paar Monate unterwegs bin, suchen wir für unsere WG eine/n Zwischenmieter/in. Das Zimmer bleibt solange so wie es ist (siehe Fotos), also voll möbliert mit Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Bett und Schrank, Regale und Kommoden. Lediglich meine persönlichen Gegenstände räume ich zum Auszug natürlich aus.
Das Zimmer ist schön geräumig und ist durch Süd- und Westfenster angenehm Licht durchflutet.
Zum Inventar unserer WG gehört ein Tageslichtbad, ein Gäste-WC, eine große Küche, die einen großen Kühlschrank, Herd/Ofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und alles an Geschirr und Besteck bietet, eine Waschmaschine und einen Fahrradkeller.
Zur Straße hin ist unsere Wohnung komplett vom Gemeinschaftsgarten des Hauses umgeben, der auch gerne genutzt werden darf.

Due to the fact that I am going to leave Heidelberg for a few months starting in the end of October, we are currently looking for a new flat mate.
The room will be as shown in the photos, i.e. fully furnished with bed, desk, chair, cupboards and shelves. All my other personal belongings will be out of the room, of course.
The room is really commodious and well-lit by two windows from South and west.
Besides your room, you’ll also find a naturally lit bathroom, a guest toilet, a large kitchen with big fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the other trimmings, a washing machine and a bicycle storage room in the basement.
Our whole flat is surrounded by the community garden of our building, which your are welcome to use as well.
Unsere WG befindet sich in der Weststadt, in einer angenehm ruhigen Wohnlage mit gemeinsamen Hausgarten, in dem man gerne abends grillen und entspannen kann. Dennoch sind wir super angebunden. Die Straßenbahn Haltestelle „Christuskirche“ ist nur 2-3 Fußminuten und die S-Bahn Haltestelle „Weststadt/Südstadt“ nur 5 Fußminuten entfernt und der HBF 10 min zu Fuß. Mit dem Rad sind innerhalb von 5-10 min alle üblichen Lebensmittel-Geschäfte zu erreichen.

Our flat is located in Heidelberg Weststadt, a pleasantly calm and relaxed district. The house offers a nice garden, where you can have BBQ or just slack a little. However, the flat also boasts with good bus, tram and railway connections. The tram stop “Christuskirche” is only 3 minutes and the S-Bahn station “Weststadt/Südstadt” only 5 and the main Station 10 minutes by foot. Moreover, its only 5-10 minutes by bike to all common grocery stores (REWE, Aldi, Kaufland).
Die WG besteht dann neben dir noch aus Michelle , welche Jura studiert, und Finja, die gerade ihren Master in medizinischer Informatik am DKFZ macht. Beide sind super liebe und lustige Menschen, mit denen man bei Gelegenheit über die Erlebnisse des Tages quatschen und lachen kann. Also wenn du abends nicht deine Privatsphäre in deinem Zimmer suchst, was auch vollkommen OK ist, findest du immer ein offenes Ohr in der Küche, wo wir uns meistens beim gemeinsamen Abendessen austauschen.

Your flatmates will be Michelle, who studies law, and Finja, who is completing her master in medical informatics at DKFZ. Both are very lovely and kind people, with whom you can always chat and laugh about your daily adventures. So if you don’t feel like enjoying your privacy in your room, which is also totally fine, you will find someone in the kitchen, where we often meet for dinner or just socialize.
