Hello everyone,
we are looking for a new flatmate for our three-room WG. The flat has a kitchen (with dishwasher) and bathroom (with shower). In the cellar we have a washing machine and a storage-room.
The room (18 m²) is available from November 15th. It is very bright and quiet with two renewed windows. The price is 427€/month (included water and heating) + 50€/month utilities (internet&electricity). The previous tenant is selling also part of the furniture: bed, wardrobe, desk and more (400 euros negotiable).
The apartment is very well served by public transportation. It is very close (2 minutes walk) to the S-Bahnhof Weststdt/Südstadt and the related bus stop, from which one can easily reach Bismarckplatz (15 minutes walk, or bus 29 and tram 23 every 10 minutes), Heidelberg Hbf and the Neuenheimer Feld (tram 24 also every 10 minutes). EMBL/MPIK/MPA can also be easily reached with the bus 39 leaving from Alois-Link-Platz, at only 4 minutes walk. The closest supermarkets are Netto and AlNatura, at 5 minutes walk, but one can easily reach Penny, EDEKA in the Bahnhofstrasse, as well as Kaufland in the Kurfürsten-Anlage and REWE in Bismarckplatz.
We are looking for a nice, neat and friendly person. We are very respectful of each other´s spaces but we also enjoy having social moments, like hanging out or having dinner together from time to time. We are both Italian, but we love international people of all places: Luca is a postdoc in Life Science and I (Valentina) am a postdoc in Mathematics. We speak fluently English, French, Spanish and now we are learning German. We both love international and diverse environments, and we are looking for open-minded people.
