Hallo,
in der WG wird ein Zimmer frei, es ist mit Bett, Schreibtisch und Stuhl, Schrank und Fernseher möbliert.
Es ist ein helles Zimmer im EG mit Blick auf den Wald und es ist sehr ruhig.
In der Wohnung gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Außerdem haben wir eine Terrasse und wir dürfen den Garten mitbenutzen.
Warmmiete 195 Euro.
Die Miete umfasst ALLE Nebenkosten (Internet, Heizung, Wasser, Strom...).
Die WG liegt in einen kleinen Stadtteil von Hessisch Lichtenau auf ein Berg und ist von Wald und Wiese umgeben.
Die Tramhaltestelle ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfern.
Die Orthopädische Klinik ist 3 Km entfern.
Ich werde bald ausziehen und mein Mitbewohner Adriano bleibt in der Wohnung. Er ist 20 Jahre alt und wird in Mai sein Abitur machen. Er ist ein netter Kerl, mit dem man gerne mal zusammen kochen und quatschen kann.
