Etwas ausserhalb von Hof/Saale auf dem Lande. Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand. Zur Bushaltestelle im Ort sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 min.
In der Nähe verläuft die B15 und die Bahnverbindung Hof-Oberkotzau
Das Naherholungsgebiet Untreusee ist fußläufig oder per Fahrrad gut zu erreichen
Stadtbusverbindung ist fußläufig in 15 Min. erreichbar. Es fahren die Buslinie 8 und 4, sowie die Landkreislinie 14 bis zu Endstation Moschendorf
Am besten Sie kommen selbst vorbei um sich ein Bild zu machen.

Ich suche freundliche, vertrauenswürdige, symphatische und ruhige Mitbewohnerin. Die Symphatie ist entscheidend.
Instandhaltung und Reinigung der Zimmer sehe ich als selbstverständlich an. Die Küche wird gemeinsam benutz und sollte nach Benutzung entsprechend wieder gereinigt werden.
Bin auch offen für gemeinsames Kochen ab und an, Spieleabende oder im Sommer auch gemütliches Zusammensitzen auf Terrasse, ist aber keine Bedingung.

Die Räume liegen im Obergeschoß und sind für sich separat. Es sind 2 WG-Zimmer und ein eigenes Bad. Das eine Zimmer hat ca. 14 qm, das andere ca. 12 qm sowie das Bad mit ca.10qm.
