Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m² groß und bietet zwei Fenster zur Westseite. Bei Bedarf kann das Zimmer auch möbliert übernommen werden, sprich mit Bett und einer kleinen Schrankwand. Das Zimmer ist vom Grundschnitt her quadratisch. Der Fußboden besteht aus Linoleum. Ein Kabelanschluss für Telefon oder TV ist ebenfalls vorhanden und kann bei Bedarf freigeschalten werden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Zum Bahnhof und zum Busbahnhof sind es zu Fuß 2min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in ca. 10min erreichbar. Zum nächstgrößeren Einkaufszentrum sind es ca. 15min zu Fuß. Ins Grüne sind es ca. 15min zu Fuß. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es einige Seen.
Wir pflegen ein lässiges Dasein. Eine gute Mischung zwischen Ruhe und Geselligkeit. Die Grundordnung wird ohne Putzpläne entspannt gehalten, auch Einkaufslisten oder Ähnliches gibt es nicht.
Der Einzugstermin ist flexibel, auch bzgl. der Möbel lässt sich reden. Inet ist bei den sonstigen Kosten dabei. Der Balkon ist zur Südseite ausgerichtet.
