Hallo zusammen!
Da ich umziehe, muss ich mich leider von der schönen WG in Ilmenau verabschieden.
Daher suchen meine Mitbewohner und ich einen netten, zuverlässigen und aufgeschlossenen Nachmieter.
Das Zimmer ist 25 Quadratmeter groß und wird voll möbliert untervermietet. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Sofa, Schreibtisch, Bett mit Matratze (140cm breit), Kommode, Kleiderschrank, Wandregal und (wie auf den Bildern) ausgestattet.
Die Möbel können gegen eine kleine Übernahmegebühr übernommen werden! (Kann später besprochen werden)
Die Wohnung hat drei Schlafzimmer (eines davon wird Ihr Schlafzimmer sein), Küche, Wohnbereich, Flur und Bad und ist recht geräumig. Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und können mitbenutzt werden. Es gibt auch viele Küchengeräte, darunter einen Kühlschrank, einen Herd, einen kleinen Ofen, eine Mikrowelle und einen Toaster.
Die Waschmaschine befindet sich im Badezimmer und kann ebenfalls benutzt werden!

Hello everyone!
As I am moving, I unfortunately have to say goodbye to the nice shared flat in Ilmenau.
Therefore, my roommates and I seek a nice, reliable, and open-minded new tenant.
The room is 25 square meters an,d will be sublet fully furnished. The room has a sofa, desk, bed with mattress (140cm wide), chest of drawers, closet, and wall shelf (as in the pictures).
The furniture can be taken over for a small takeover fee! (Can be discussed later)
The apartment has three bedrooms (one of which will be your bedroom), a kitchen, a living area, a hallway, and a bathroom, and it is quite spacious. Kitchen utensils, are provided and can be shared. There are also many kitchen appliances, including a fridge, a stove, a small oven, a microwave, and a toaster.
The washing machine is located in the bathroom and can also be used!
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Erfurter Straße direkt an der Bushaltestelle "Erfurter Hof". Zu Fuß ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Stadt, zum Campus sind es 20-30 Minuten Fußweg oder knapp 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Ein Penny ist keine 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich außerdem direkt über dem Fitnessstudio FitFor24, welches 24h am Tag geöffnet ist - sehr praktisch für Sportler oder zukünftige Sportler unter euch ;)
Generell ist die Lage sehr ruhig.

The apartment is located in Erfurter Straße, right next to the "Erfurter Hof" bus stop. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the city center, a 20-30 minute walk to the campus, or just under 10 minutes by bike.
A Penny is less than 2 minutes' walk away.
The apartment is also located directly above the FitFor24 fitness studio, which is open 24 hours a day - very practical for athletes or future athletes among you ;)
In general, the location is very quiet.
Die zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Saheli und Thankgod beides sehr angenehme, zuverlässige, rücksichtsvolle und liebenswerte Menschen, die das WG-Leben sehr angenehm machen. Saheli studiert Computer Science im Master und Thankgod studiert International Business Economics im Master an der TU Ilmenau.
Beides sind sehr aufgeschlossene und aktive Menschen, die gerne zusammen kochen, klettern, Fußball spielen, aber auch auf die Privatsphäre jedes Mitbewohners Rücksicht nehmen.
Wir sind keine Party-WG.
Geputzt wird einmal pro Woche, ohne strengen Putzplan. Jeder packt mit an, wo es gerade nötig ist.

The future flatmates are Saheli and Thankgod, both very pleasant, reliable, considerate and lovable people who make life in the shared flat very enjoyable. Saheli is studying a Master's degree in Computer Science and Thankgod is studying a Master's degree in International Business Economics at the TU Ilmenau.
Both are very open-minded and active people who enjoy cooking, climbing and playing soccer together, but are also considerate of each flatmate's privacy.
We are not a party flat share.
We clean once a week, without a strict cleaning schedule. Everyone pitches in where necessary.
Der Einzug kann zeitlich individuell abgestimmt werden, da bin ich flexibel. Du kannst direkt einziehen oder in ein paar Wochen, da richten wir uns nach Dir!
Gerne laden wir dich zu einer WG-Besichtigung ein, damit Du uns und wir Dich kennenlernen können: Online oder in Person!
Die Gesamtmiete (inklusive allem mit Internet, Wasser, Strom, Wärme) für das WG-Zimmer beträgt 346€.
