The house is located in a quiet residential area with many parking possibilities directly in front of the door. Gaimersheim belongs to the district of Eichstätt (in the beautiful Altmühltal). It is only 9 kilometers to Ingolstadt (center), which can be covered quickly with an excellent bus connection, beautiful bike paths or by car.
If you need to get to the Audi plant, it only takes 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the parking garage, which is a real blessing when you compare the situation with the more southern suburbs of Ingolstadt!
The Gaimersheim industrial park can be reached just as quickly - even by bike or bus.
It is also only a 15-minute drive to Eichstätt by car.
The local train station has hourly connections to Munich and Nuremberg. So if the "market" or Ingolstadt is too boring for you, the Bavarian metropolises offer a wonderful change.
But also in Gaimersheim you can find everything necessary for your daily needs. There are several supermarkets and other shopping facilities (baker, butcher, pharmacy,...) within a short distance from the house. Everything can be reached on foot or by bike.

Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Gaimersheim gehört zum Landkreis Eichstätt (im schönen Altmühltal). Bis nach Ingolstadt (Zentrum) sind es nur 9 Kilometer, welche mit einer hervorragenden Busverbindung, schönen Radwegen oder dem Auto schnell zurückgelegt werden können.
Wer zum Audi-Werk muss, braucht je nach Parkhaus nur 10 bis 15 Minuten, was ein wahrer Segen ist, wenn man die Situation mit den südlicheren Vororten von Ingolstadt vergleicht!
Das Gewerbegebiet Gaimersheim ist ebenso schnell - auch mit Rad oder dem Bus - zu erreichen.
Auch nach Eichstätt sind es nur nur 15 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto.
Der Bahnhof am Ort hat stündlich Verbindungen nach München und Nürnberg. Sollte einem also der "Markt" bzw. Ingolstadt zu langweilig sein, bieten die bayerischen Metropolen eine wundervolle Abwechslung.
Aber auch in Gaimersheim findet man für den täglichen Bedarf alles Notwendige. Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, Metzger, Apotheke,...) in geringer Entfernung zum Haus. Alles ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
