Rustikaler Holzboden, zwei Fenster, ca 19qm. Die auf den Bildern abgebildeten Möbel können, müssen aber nicht im Zimmer bleiben.

Sehr ruhige Lage in altem Ingolstädter Viertel in einem in den Zwanzigern gebautem Haus. Großer Garten, der gerne mitgestaltet werden kann.
Ich suche jemanden der entspannt aber nicht völlig chaotisch ist und Lust am WG-Leben hat. Ich selbst bin recht aufgeschlossen und gesellig muss mich aber auf mein angehendes Studium etwas konzentrieren, weswegen die Verwandlung der Wohnung in eine Party WG völlig ausgeschlossen ist, zumindest nicht als andauernder Zustand.
