The shared flat is located in an apartment house in the suburb of Ingolstadt in Wettstetten.
The apartment comprises 3 rooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathrooms with WC, shower and bath. In the basement there is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and enough space to hang up the laundry. In summer you can relax in the garden and have a barbecue together in the evening.
The offered room is on the ground floor and has access to the terrace. It is fully furnished with a comfy bed (1,20 X 2,00 m and high quality mattress), large wardrobe, armchair, desk and office chair.

The rooms are rented individually, so there is no main tenant.
There is of course the possibility to meet the other flatmates to find out more about living at B6.
Kurz zu uns: Wir sind Heidi & Micha und haben vor kurzem die Verwaltung der WG übernommen. Wir selbst wohnen nicht in der WG, kümmern uns aber um die Vermietung und sorgen dafür, dass auch sonst alles rund läuft.
