Da ich ab August für ein paar Monate ins Ausland gehe, biete ich hier mein vollmöbliertes Zimmer in einer modernen Wohnung in der Tiergartenstraße an. Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Zugang zu einem Balkon welchen du dir mit einer weiteren Person, im Zimmer neben dir, teilen würdest. Auf deiner Seite des Balkons würde ich dir meinen Tisch und meine gemütliche Hängesitze für romantische Sonnenauf- und untergänge, mit Blick auf die Nordkette und auch dem Patscherkofel, da lassen;) Das Zimmer an sich hat ca. 15m², dazu kommt noch die Fläche des Balkons, welchen ich auch oft noch zur Ablage von Sportgeräten nutze.
Since I'm going abroad for a few months starting August, I'm offering here my fully furnished room in a modern apartment in Tiergartenstraße. The room has its own access to a balcony which you would share with another person, in the room next to you. On your side of the balcony I would leave you my table and my comfortable hanging seats for romantic sunrises and sunsets, with a view of the Nordkette and also the Patscherkofel;) The room itself has about 15m², plus the area of the balcony, which I also often still use for storage of sports equipment.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen den Busanbindungen R, T und F (keine 5 min Fußweg), sodass du innerhalb kürzester Zeit in jeder Ecke Innsbruck bist. In der Nähe sind der MPreis Mitterweg, Hofer und BillaPlus Mittwerweg sowie das Einkaufszentrum West. Solltest du Sportstudent*in sein, dann hast du nur einen Katzensprung zur Uni. Bei dieser bist du in 3min.
The apartment is located directly between the bus connections R, T and F (less than 5 min walk), so you are within a very short time in every corner of Innsbruck. Nearby are the MPreis Mitterweg, Hofer and BillaPlus Mittwerweg as well as the shopping center West. If you are a sports student, then you are only a stone's throw away from the university. You can reach the Usi in 3 minutes.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Johannes (21, Bauingenieurwesen), Langlauf-Teamkollege Matthias (23, fängt seinen Master in Richtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften in Innsbruck an) und vermutlich einer weiteren Person, die im Juli noch frisch einziehen wird. Wir sind eine sehr unkomplizierte WG nach dem Motto alles kann nichts muss.
You would live together with Johannes (21, civil engineering), cross-country team mate Matthias (23, starts his master's degree in Economics in Innsbruck) and probably another person who will move in fresh in July. We are a very uncomplicated WG according to the motto everything can nothing must.
Neben deinem eigenen Balkon, gibt es noch einen allgemeinen Balkon Richtung Westen ausgerichtet, welchen für alle 4 vom Küchen- Essbereich zugänglich ist. Die Wohnung hat zusätzlich einen Fahrradkeller zu dem man nur mit einem Schlüssel Zugang hat, einen separaten Kellerabteil für Ski etc. sowie einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört. Außerdem sind für das ganze Haus 6 Besucherparkplätze zur Verfügung.
In addition to your own balcony, there is a general balcony facing west, which is accessible to all 4 flatmates from the kitchen-dining area. The apartment also has a bicycle cellar to which you have access only with a key, a separate cellar compartment for skis, etc. and an underground parking space that belongs to the apartment. In addition, 6 visitor parking spaces are available for the whole house.
