Das Zimmer befindet sich im fünften Stock einer 5-Zimmer-Wohnung, der typische Innsbrucker nimmt die Treppen, für alle anderen ist ein Aufzug verfügbar. Man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Axamer Lizum und ab Mittag bringt die Sonne viel Licht ins Zimmer.
Neben drei weiteren Zimmern haben wir ein großes Wohnzimmer, den angrenzenden Balkon, der auch direkt vom Zimmer begehbar ist und eine kleine Küche als Gemeinschaftsräume, sowie eine Kammer und einen geräumigen Flur als Stauraum. Bad und WC sind getrennt.

The room is located on the fifth floor in a big flat, an elevator is available. You can reach the balcony from the room and in the afternoon the sunlight floods the room. The view is amazing and the big living room is used by all flatmates.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Studenten an der Technik gelegen, nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Rad oder den Öffis ist man aber auch in 15 min in der Innenstadt und an der Hauptuni. Die Natur ist auch nicht weit, in 5 min ist man im Wald für einen Spaziergang oder zum Wandern.
Ein MPreis, Spar, Bäcker, DM und Ärzte sind direkt um die Ecke.
English: The flat is located near the Technik Campus but the city centre and other campuses are reachable within 15 minutes by bike or public transport. Supermarkets, bakeries and doctors are close and even nature is just around the corner.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und machen gerne was zusammen, egal ob Wandern, Spieleabende, Filme schauen oder abends einfach gemeinsam auf dem Balkon sitzen. Trotzdem wird der Freiraum von jedem akzeptiert.
Wir haben einen Putzplan, der auch eingehalten werden soll, damit sich alle wohlfühlen können.
Kurz zu deinen vorübergehenden Mitbewohnern:
Jenny ist 21 Jahre alt, kommt aus Südtirol und studiert Erziehungswissenschaften. In ihrer Freizeit macht sie gerne Leichtathletik und backt gerne, was der WG zu Gute kommt.
Stefan, 24 Jahre alt kommt auch aus Südtirol. Er hat den Bachelor in Informatik gemacht und studiert zurzeit im Master Softwareengineering. Grundsätzlich ist er eine eher ruhige Person, aber quatscht sehr gerne. Er findet kreative Tätigkeiten wie Musik und Zeichnen interessant, macht gerne Körpergewichtstraining und geht auch gerne mal Wandern.
Und Jule ist unser neustes Mitglied und hat hier angefangen Architektur zu studieren. Die ist gerne kreativ und verbringt viel Zeit mit Projekten oder Freunden. Sie ist auch gerne am Berg unterwegs und hat eine Schwäche für Zimmerpflanzen.

your flatmates would be Jenny, 21 from South Tyrol. She studies pedagogy, likes athletics and baking.

Jule just moved in and started studying Architecture. She is creative and likes to spend time in the mountains or with friends.
We are a friendly little community that likes to do something together from time to time like cooking, watching movies or we go for walks. We have a cleaning plan so everybody has the same amount of work.
