Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 Zimmer, Küche , Bad und das Highlight ist sicherlich der Balkon. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Hochbett und einem Sofa. Ein paar Regale sind auch noch da, bei denen man noch entscheiden kann, ob man sie behält oder nicht. Das Bad ist erst letztes Jahr renoviert worden. Eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine gibt es auch. Das Kücheninventar ist auch in der Miete mit inbegriffen, genauso wie die Heizkosten.
Im selben Haus befindet sich auch ein MPreis und die Bushaltstelle ist ca. 2 min entfernt. Zur Hauptuni braucht man ungefähr 15 min zu Fuß.
Hallo, mein Name ist Lea (20) und ich wohne momentan alleine in der Wohnung. Ich studiere Geschichte an der Hauptuni. Meine Hobbys sind Kochen, Lesen und Malen. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, deswegen suche ich jemanden der an einem harmonischen WG Leben interessiert ist. Es wäre schön, wenn wir ab und zu was unternehmen würden, wie z.B. gemeinsam kochen oder auf dem Balkon zusammen sitzen.
