Da meine jetztige Mitbewohnerin auszieht, wird das zweite Zimmer in der Wohnung frei, es ist mit 18qm wirklich sehr groß und verfügt auch noch über einen riesigen eigenen Balkon. Dazu kommt dass es durch die Fenster schön hell ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Spülmaschine, einen Backofen und eine eigene Waschmaschine, so dass man gleich alles hat was man braucht :)
Nur etwas Geschirr müsstest du noch selbst mitbringen.
Im Keller haben wir auch noch ein eigenes und ein gemeinschaftliches Kellerabteil, sowie einen Fahrradkeller.
Wenn du noch irgendwelche Fragen zum Zimmer hast, melde dich gerne bei mir!
Die Wohnung liegt super praktisch, man ist in nur 5min bei der Hauptuni und auch die Sowi ist sehr gut erreichbar. Mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ebenfalls in der Nähe, aber wenn man mal in einen anderen Stadtteil muss, ist das auch kein Problem, da mehrere Bushaltestellen zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind.
Ich bin Lisa, 18, und studiere im zweiten Semester Psychologie, bin ziemlich ordentlich und unkompliziert, am liebsten hätte ich eine Mitbewohnerin mit der ich ab und zu mal etwas unternehmen kann oder wir kochen/backen gemeinsam :)
Aber natürlich braucht man auch Zeit für sich, oder ist mal mit lernen und Uni beschäftigt.
Hauptsache man versteht sich gut und beide fühlen sich wohl, allerdings finde ich es auch wichtig, dass man ehrlich und offen miteinander umgeht, also einfach ansprechen, wenn einen etwas stört!
