Die Wohnung hat insgesamt etwa 70 m2, eine große Küche, geräumigen Gang, Bad mit Badewanne und ein großes Kellerabteil. Zudem hat die Wohnung einen großen Balkon mit schöner Aussicht über Innsbruck. Eine eigene Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 400€ wobei noch Kosten für Internet und Strom anfallen (ca. 35€ pro Monat). Die Kaution beträgt 500€.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe vom EKZ West und vom botanischen Garten. Es gibt gute Bus- und Straßenbahnanbindungen in maximal 10 min Fußnähe. Der Campus Technik ist mit der Linie K in ~15min von der Wohnung aus erreichbar, die Innenstadt in ~20-25 Minuten. Der botanische Garten ist in ~10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein M-Preis, Billa Plus und Hofer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir sind beide eher zurückgezogene, ruhigere Studenten und studieren am Campus Technik der Universtität Innsbruck. Uns ist ein angenehmer und respektvoller Umgang miteinander wichtig.
