Das Zimmer hat 20 qm mit Blick auf den Patscherkofel. Es ist sehr geräumig und wurde vor ein paar Monaten neu gestrichen.
Ich würde das Zimmer teilmöbliert untervermieten, es wäre demnach ein Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Stuhl vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Zentrum von Innsbruck, direkt gegenüber des Terminals und des Marktplatzes. Geschäfte jeglicher Art sind somit innerhalb von 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig, da diese in den Innenhof ausgerichtet ist.
Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit Blick auf den Patscherkofel sowie eine kleine Abstellkammer.
Deine Mitbewhonerinnen wären 2 Studentinnen im Alter von 22 Jahren. Beide sind viel im Freien unterwegs und sehr offen neue Leute kennenzulernen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG sondern haben eine sehr nette und freundliche WG-Athmosphäre. Wir gehen gerne manchmal an den Inn grillen oder einen Kaffee trinken oder auch zusammen in die Uni-Bibliothek.
In der Wohnung selbst ist keine Waschmaschine vorhanden, jedoch gibt es einen Waschraum im 3. Stock, wo für wenige Cent gewaschen werden kann.
Die Wohnung hat außerdem ein seperiertes Bad und WC.
