* eigene Küche mit zsätzlicher Speisekammer
* Bad mit Badewanne + Waschmaschiene
* WC mit eigenem großen Waschbecken
* Eingangsbereich- bietet Platz für Schuhe/Jacken + Tisch für 2 Personen
* Miete + BK = 465€ (Preiserhöhung von 2023 bereits inbegriffen)
Die Wohnung würdest du dir zukünftige mit Lorenz (30 männlich) teilen, welcher Bauingenieurwesen im Master studiert.
Wichtig!! Da es in der Altstadt wie bekannt nicht so easy ist mit Umzug/Möbel etc. wäre ich dankbar wenn die Möbel des WG-Zimmers übernommen werden. Über den genauen Preis der Möbel können wir dann gerne nochmal reden. (ca. 500€).
