daher, dass ich Ende Jänner ausziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
* Wohnung/Zimmer:
Die Wohnung ist in einem Neubau und hat eine Größe von 61m² +12m² Balkon. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit einer Waschmaschine und einem Geschirrspüler.
Das freie Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank) und hat eine Größe von 17m².
*Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage (nähe UNI-Brücke). Sie liegt quasi zwischen der Innenstadt und der Nordkette.
Die Universität ist zu Fuß in 5min erreichbar. Supermarkt (Spar), Bäcker und Apotheke ist 1min entfernt. In der Innenstadt (goldenes Dachl) und Marktplatz ist man in 10min zu Fuß. Einkaufszentrum (Kaufhaus Tyrol) ist 15min zu Fuß entfernt.
*WG-Leben
Zusammenwohnen würdet ihr mit Simon. Simon ist 31 Jahre und berufstätig (Bauingenieur). Seine Hobbys sind Klettern, Laufen, Wandern, Rad fahren, Skitourengehen und im Fitnessstudio trainieren.
Falls du Interesse hast, einfach schreiben. (Evtl. könnte man das Zimmer auch bisschen früher schon haben)
