An alle, die noch keine Unterkunft für das kommende Semester haben:
Ich suche bis inkl. Jänner zwei ordentliche Mitbewohnerinnen/Mitbewohner für eine wunderschöne 4-Zimmer Wohnung (3er WG). Zu vermieten sind 2 große, helle Zimmer (ca.19-20qm) – eins davon mit Balkonzugang. Die Zimmer selbst sind unmöbliert – ein Bettgestell und einen Schreibtisch gäbe es auszuleihen.
Zur Wohnung allgemein: Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 120m^2 groß, hell und frisch renoviert. Sie besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern, einem großen Eingangsbereich und Flur, einem Bad (Dusche, Badewanne & Waschmaschine), einem Balkon und einem großen Wohnraum mit neuer Einbauküche (inkl. Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine & Mikrowelle). Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Parkplatz.
Die WG liegt etwas außerhalb der Stadt (Stadtteil: Neu-Arzl) – aber Bus O und Bus 504 sind schnell erreichbar – damit ist man in 10 Minuten an der SOWI/am MCI. Lebensmittelgeschäfte (M-Preis, Hofer, Merkur etc.) sind ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin Romana, 21 Jahre alt und studiere im 5. Semester am MCI.
Ich suche vor allem Mitbewohner, die ebenfalls viel Wert auf Sauberkeit (vor allem in Bad und Küche) legen.
Die Miete beträgt ca. 450€ inkl. allem. Bei Interesse einfach melden.
