Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
wir, Hannah und Alex, sind auf der Suche nach Zwischenmieter:innen für unsere beiden Zimmer in einer 3er-WG.
Zeitraum: August bis Mitte/Ende Februar
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Pradl im 2. Stock eines Mehrparteienhauses direkt neben dem Rapoldipark. Straßenbahnen halten direkt vor der Haustür und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Sillpark, Spar, Mpreis) sowie Apotheke und Trafik etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Beide Zimmer sind ca. 25qm groß. Eines davon ist süd- und das andere nordseitig ausgerichtet. Großer Vorteil für dich ist, dass fast alle Möbel (Bett, TV, Schrank, Schreibtisch, etc.) drin bleiben würden :)
